win96ph is required to verify the identity of all members prior to processing withdrawals. You may be asked to submit a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys ID, driver's licence), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.
win96ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at the Company's discretion.
Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed on the cashier page and are subject to change. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. win96ph aims to process approved withdrawals within 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya, and within one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by win96ph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
win96ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional reward where it reasonably suspects abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. win96ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be notified of material changes where reasonably practicable.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, win96ph, its directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
win96ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
win96ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access the Platform at your own risk.
win96ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where:
Upon termination for cause, win96ph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance. Upon termination without cause, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
